This post is mainly to give an update on a crochet project that I began last summer: my ‘Hexodus Throw’. The plan is to chronicle its development and see how it grows. The hexagons are added as you go, which is what attracted me to the project. That, along with the crazy colors and ’70s vibe. I am in no rush to finish this and it is nice to have at least one project that I feel no pressure to finish within a certain window.
My BF (who does have a head in real life) was kind enough to model it. He also kindly pointed out that it is kind of triangular at the moment
The pattern is the Hexagon How-To by Lucy of Attic24 and the yarn is Mochi Plus. With any luck, in the next post about the throw, there will be less Mochi and more throw.

Does this have anything to do with “L’Hexagone”? It has been a few years and maybe you are secretly longing to visit??

Is BF sitting on that new couch? When do we get to see his head?
I think that the throw is beautiful, and you are right that it doesn’t matter how long it takes. You won’t grow out of it, and it won’t go out of style.
